Thank you for registering your club to be a part of this exciting project.

The next bit involves recording our conversation which will be done by phone. At the bottom of this screen you'll see a calendar of dates and times during which we can record. The times will be shown in your local time zone so you don't need to convert. Also, please note, by default, the calendar will show February dates only. You can also select March by click on the arrow next to the February heading.

When you choose a date, you can then choose a time that suits. Click on your preferred time and you will be taken to another screen where you'll be asked for contact details, etc. When you confirm your date and time, you'll receive a meeting request from me. You'll also receive a reminder email the day before and an hour before our appointment time.

When you are creating the appointment, please include the name and contact details for the club representative we will be chatting to - that may not necessarily be you!
