CLIRA had its genesis in another business, Podversations, established back in 2021 by founder Neil Butler, to provide support to a range of clients who were starting out on their podcasting journey.
Fast forward a few years and CLIRA has been created to amplify the amazing activities being undertaken in regional Australia. This will take the form of audio, video and written content all with one clear aim - to celebrate, highlight and tell the stories of regionally located businesses, individuals, clubs, communities and a range of other groups.
Our content may not be pretty. It may not be polished. It WILL be authentic. It WILL be real.
We are not really sure where this journey will take us but we are really pleased to know that you have found us. Whether you are located in regional Australia or in one of the big cities, we hope that you will find the content on the CLIRA web site informative and entertaining.

Neil Butler - Founder
Neil established CLIRA in 2025 to bring together a number of his passions - story telling, podcasting, celebrating achievement and ... of course, regional Australia. He has worked in the corporate sector for much of the past 35 years, having started out his working life as school teacher in regional Victoria.
